Golf For Hope

When the decision was made to create a virtual golf tournament, it was difficult to determine how our community would support us... but support us you did!

We are so grateful for you - our generous and loyal Sponsors, Volunteers and Golfers. As Breast and Gynecological cancers continue to be the most commonly diagnosed cancer among Canadian women, touching the lives of so many families every day, your commitment to join us and participate in our ‘Golf for Hope!’ virtual tournament was very special.

Our 2020 virtual event – Golf for Hope!, raised $24,000 for the Breast & Gyne Cancer Centre of Hope bringing our annual cumulative total to an amazing $1,032,000.00. These funds ensure programs and support are there for you at CancerCare Manitoba’s Breast & Gyne Cancer Centre of Hope at any point during your cancer journey.

As we begin planning for our 25th anniversary event next year, please save the date – Monday August 23, 2021. We selected a later summer date to enable further advancements in the fight against COVID-19 and a safe and healthy environment. Further information will be forthcoming in early spring.

You can be assured the event will be a celebration and jam packed with activities, prizing and golf. We missed seeing all of your smiling faces among our unique community of caring women and our fingers are crossed that we may return to hosting a live event once again in 2021.
